Harald Sætermo

Harald Sætermo has a considerable experience as a corporate lawyer, mainly focusing on banking and finance, company law/transactions, restructurings/insolvency, and dispute resolution.

Harald has more than 20 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients in the financial industry, including preparation and negotiation of documentation, handling of regulatory matters, default situations and restructuring, as well as dispute resolution within the area. He also regularly assists a number of Norwegian and international clients with respect to company law, transactions, contract law and restructuring /insolvency.
