Torleif P. Dahl

Torleif Dahl has long and extensive experience as business lawyer. Torleif is assisting Norwegian and international businesses with M&A transactions in Norway. He is also assisting e.g. misc. Tech-companies with their operational legal work drafting of contracts and contract negotiations, employment law including incentive schemes, corporate/company law including shareholders meetings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures etc. as well as agencies, licensing and distributorship agreements. He has over many years assisted DigPlex-today Stack, the leading datacentre provider in Norway, in relation to the further development of Stacks business operations in Norway.

Torleif has also broad experience from regulatory telecommunications including assistance in connection with frequency auctions and frequency-application processes as well as in relation to sale and purchase of frequency licenses. Torleif has acted as legal advisor to TeliaSonera, TDC and ICE. Torleif has in addition over a number of years assisted business entrepeneurs and start-ups in particular within the TMT-business segments. Torleif Dahl holds directorships in several companies and he is Chairman of the Board in Forsbergs og Aulies legat (trust).
